Building the Future of PHCC of Georgia Together

As we look ahead to an exciting second half of 2026, I want to thank each of you for your continued support of PHCC of Georgia. For more than 130 years, PHCC of Georgia has grown because members have stepped forward to lead, volunteer, and invest in the future of our industry.

At our recent Mid-Year Board Retreat, your Board of Directors took an important step by launching a new Strategic Plan focused on strengthening PHCC of Georgia for years to come. While our mission remains the same, our focus is on ensuring we continue to meet the evolving needs of our members and the industry we proudly represent.

Our work will center around three Strategic Pillars:

Workforce & Industry Leadership
Expanding workforce development, apprenticeship, education, safety initiatives, and public awareness while promoting professionalism throughout Georgia's plumbing and HVAC industries.
Membership Growth & Engagement
Growing our Association by strengthening member recruitment, retention, networking opportunities, events, and meaningful member involvement across the state.
Organizational Sustainability & Advocacy
Ensuring PHCC of Georgia remains a strong, effective organization through sound governance, leadership development, financial sustainability, and continued advocacy for our industry.

These priorities are not simply Board initiatives—they represent opportunities for every member to help shape the future of PHCC of Georgia.

Over the coming months, we'll begin forming strategic committees to help guide these efforts, and I encourage you to consider becoming involved. Whether your passion is workforce development, membership, advocacy, education, or leadership, your experience and ideas can make a meaningful difference.

One of the greatest strengths of PHCC of Georgia has always been members stepping forward to serve. Together, we can continue building an association that supports today's contractors while preparing the next generation of industry leaders.

I look forward to seeing many of you at our upcoming meetings, events and the many educational and networking opportunities planned throughout the remainder of the year.
